• We accept all major credit/debit cards, and PayPal at this time. We are working to include more payment options in the future!

• Payment is due at checkout; orders ship only after payment is processed.

• All transactions are encrypted and handled securely.

• Sales tax will be applied based on your shipping address.

Shipping

• Each ColorRiot piece is carefully packaged to arrive safely and beautifully within 3-5 business days — ready to brighten your space the moment it’s unwrapped!

• Flat rate shipping of $10 for each order will be applied at checkout.

• We always work to keep costs as low as possible for our customers, and orders over $75 qualify for free shipping as a thank-you for supporting original and chaotic art.

• Returning customers may also qualify for free shipping (using discount code from previous order).

• Every package is packed with care (and a little riot of color).

Returns & Refunds

• Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery.

• Items must be in their original condition to qualify for a refund.

• Customers cover return shipping unless the item is damaged or incorrect.

• Refunds are processed once the item is received and inspected.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please email me within 5 days of delivery with photos of the item and packaging. I’ll work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible, either through a refund or replacement.
